Project Management

Goldhawk Road, contemporary apartments comprising 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and duplex / maisonettes – £4m. The heritage façade was retained and refurbished subject to major improvements.

Although not formally listed, the local authority treated the property as having architectural interest in the main because the local residents had a long connection with the property as a public house.

This resulted in a protracted planning approval process but was finally successful.

Our role was to lead the project as the development manager. We assessed and maintained control of the development budget, together with negotiating the planning application through the system.

In addition, contract administration duties were conducted during the construction phase.
